Boergy Geschrieben 17. Februar 2004 Share Geschrieben 17. Februar 2004 HY! When considering tuning the IS300 2JZ-GE for boost remember to factor in gasoline octane, there are some variables that you should consider. Here's the rundown: * A higher compression ratio requires higher-octane fuel. * More spark advance requires higher-octane fuel. * Lower humidity requires higher-octane fuel. * Higher altitude allows the use of lower-octane fuel. * Leaning of the air/fuel ratio requires the use of higher-octane fuel. Canter Geschrieben 17. Februar 2004 Share Geschrieben 17.
