First of all - welcome LS400 fans - after owning 3 camrys I decided to 'migrate' to best of the best :-)
Last year I bought LS400 from Germany. Car is European version from 1992 year. After buy I had problem with engine (mechanical - one piston was damaged - you can see it on my page - link below). Engine was rebuilt and should be fine, but is not :wub:.
Replaced: piston, spark plugs, wires, rotors, timing belt (all brand new from dealer). Compression on all 8 cylinders is perfect, idle is also super, but have a problem with performance :clap: From stop to 100km/h my LS needs 12 seconds ! I fill like big towel on the rear when starting on road.
I checked - no error codes, timing belt set properly.
Under hood I found EFI RELAY - which is very, very hot.
In a city my car takes about 19-22 liters of petrol (it is too much - I think), on highway takes from 11-13liters (max speed 160km/h)
I'm looking for wiring diagram for my LS (especially for EFI and head lamps - also have a trouble with them :wub:)
I got whole repair manuals for LS400 (1992) but US and Canadian - and those diagrams not fit to European version.
If somebody knows where can I access/buy wiring diagrams for European - will be great !.
