thanks for replies - , i am english and written German is terrible... so apologies for writing in english unless you are happy with google translate version !
My IS200 1999 has CH plates, does not have a swiss typeschein ( typeschein = X ) and emissions is B00 .
I am trying to see if other people with IS200 have B00 also or have B03/ B04 etc etc OR i have B00 because i do not have a CH typeschein.

Mine is imported and I have B00 but also the typeschein is "X"

the last time i was at bemani they just used a simple label writer to make the part numbers - they one you can buy in any department store and has different colour tapes. p-touch is the name
cant you just print new tapes or MUST it be the silver foil?

HI, yes it is for the crank shaft, i will change it because i have everything off , thats the only reason. its very quick to do also.

Hi, i already have a pump at home ( blue print pump) so to pay €200 for a toyota one is not so good.
i have decided to replace everything myself.

has anyone made a timing belt / zahnriemen change recently ?? what was the cost ?
toyota handler wants 1100 euro inc MwSt for timing belt + water pump + v belt.
is it the normal price?

I HAVE THE " EIGNNUNGSERKLARUNG" FOR THE EIBACH SPRINGS- IF ANYONE WANT TO HAVE A COPY OF IT FOR FUTURE LET ME KNOW - FROM THE HANDLER IT IS 60chf - FROM ME THE COPY IS FREE. :yucky:

toyota are sending me a certificate for the wheels, i can get the certificate for the eibach springs from the handler for 60chf and bemani can help me with the compressor.

Ja da gibts wahrscheinlich mehrere.... Denn Bemani verbaute Eibach an seinen Kompressor-Lexen.
Ich selbst hab auch diese drin. Aber ich habe kein Gutachten dazu, da mein Wagen durch eine Einzelabnahme Homologiert (oder wie das heisst :swizz: ) wurde. Die ändrungen sind aber im F-ausweis und einer Infomappe von Bemani eingetragen. Also entweder Reicht dir ne Kopie meiner Daten oder du Fragst Bemani nach dem org. Beiblatt, Sprich deren Kopie....

mmmmmm i never heard of that one ! its only the paperwork that is stopping me getting the swiss plates on my english car so hopefully i can arrange everything.
i am annoyed as i asked them about the TUeV certificates before I went and they said it was OK!!!! :thumbup:

i am contacting them now and will see if i can get a paper........ i have spoken with Bemani and can get the paper for the compressor - but i dont think i can get a paper for my TTE wheels as they were not sold in CH so will go to the MFK with my normal wheels. :thumbup:

Gibt es hier jemanden in der Schweiz, der Eibach Federn an seinen IS200 gebaut hat, und die passenden Papiere dafür für die MFK hat?
Ich ging heute zur MFK und sie wollten meine TÜV Zertifikate nicht akzeptieren. Ich möchte die Federn aber nach Möglichkeit nicht ausbauen.
WÄRE GROSSARTIG, WENN MIR JEMAND HELFEN KÖNNTE!

I went for the MFK today and they will not accept the TUeV certificate and i dont want to take the springs off the car if possible......
IF ANYONE CAN HELP IT WOULD BE GREAT!

dont get too excited, this kit does not fit the IS200 easily - it requires a lot of modification to work properly and the quality is not very good. A few members on UK LOC had this kit and it is the kit that prolex had at one time. do not expect "Plug and Play"

der in dem link ist doch der m65 und der vom is200 kit ist doch ein m45 richtig?
Eaton do not make a M65 Kompressor - they make a M62. The Kompressor fitted to the IS200 is a M62 according to the dimensions and cooling fins

Soo..., habe heute Abend mal ein paar Fotos von meinem Motorraum gemacht, und ein Foto noch von dem Kabelschutz-Schlauch von dem ich geschrieben habe.
Aber bitte nicht schreiben, das ich eine Motorwäsche machen soll, denn ich weis das er schmutzig ist! :thumbdown:
Zu dem Kabelschlauch kann ich nur sagen, dass ich nicht das Gefühl habe, er liege "angestrengt" im Motorraum wie Du so schön sagst. :naughty:

that is my plan - I would like to make a new cover in aluminium but as you have said the problem might be the shaft........ I will also put larger bolts in the pulley maybe 5mm or 6mm
I am going to England tomorrow for 3 weeks so will repair my Kompressor when I get back to CH.
When I make a new cover I will show you the photos.
I advise everyone to check the pulley on the Kompressor.

Hi Mate,
long time since we spoke....... my kit was standard with no modifications. I believe the screws became loose and then because they were loose the bolts sheared.

hi guys,
I have the problem with the kompressor on the UK site..... On page 2 is the photo..... you will see that the 3 bolts have sheared / broken- this means that I will have to drill the screws out and then use larger bolts.
If you look at the 3 bolts on the front of the compressor they are used to transfer the load from the pulley to the compressor shaft.
It also means that the plastic cover is transfering the load - which is not very good!

TDi's ankündigung von ihren krümmer (den es noch immer nicht gibt, aber angeblich mit "pulse-tuning" optimiert ist).
entschuldigen für sprechen Englisch! :thumbup: there is no proof of the "pulse tuning" TDI will not show the proof (dyno/rolling road chart) that this works or for any of thier manifolds.
make your own decision......
