Hello .

I called Ronald Rumm and spoke with him.

He should speak to a guy at this company that is in the shipping department.

They had 100 of mails and shippings but he should find the order perhaps tomorrow to sort out what had happend.

Sounds like a nice guy so I trust he will sort it out.

Perhaps we should wait to black list this company beforte we see the result of this.

Its not just the money thats bother me but spring time is soon here and I have to lower my car.

It looks like a SUV.

Ich habe mit ihrem Freund bereits telefoniert: Eibach kann die Federn erst diese Woche wieder liefern, nachdem die Produktion aufgrund verlängerter Weihnachtsferien und Inventur verzögert wurde.

Somit ist die Sache geklärt. Dies Firma ist KEIN schwarzes Schaf. Warum die Beantwortung von Mails so lange gedauert hat bleibt mir trotzdem verschlossen. Seit Ende November .....

Die Preise für die Eibach sind trotzdem der Hammer. 159 EURO!!! Zum Sofortkauf!!

Yes today I received a document of the shipping and a answer on a email I send yesterday .

Look like it helpt to register on the AMG board and put in a post there(that was removed probably by Ronald)

And the company has a shipping department :naughty:

Feel free to report me to anyone you like. The delay was caused by Eibach and the springs were shipped as promised. We forwarded a scan of the shipping documents to you last week and just to make sure, our shipping department will forward them a second time.

How can you run a company like this?

I always thought germans where good guys that I could trust.

I have bought things on Ebay for 5 years now.And the first time I buy from Germany I dont get what I have payed for.

If you cant fix this I will report you to Ebay and Pay Pal.

But I hope you can fix it up and send me the Lexus Is 200 Eibach springs that you have promissed many times.

Yesterday I received the Eibachs after 4 months waiting and many emails. :D

4 hours later the springs where on the car <_<

And it feels and looks great..

Thanks for all the help finding this guy.

I dont think I will order wheels from this company. :D
